Industrial Automation and Computing Technician on work-study program (M/F)

Supervised by an experienced tutor, you will take part in concrete projects for the continuous improvement and digitalization of our industrial facilities.

Missions

  • Human-machine interface (HMI) supervision : 

Carry out an inventory of screens/HMI, check their condition and that of stock.

  • Installation of surveillance systems : 

Install a camera on a 2000T press to monitor the level of the waste bin.

  • MES deployment :

Help set up the MES system, organize installation of RJ45 connectors on equipment

  • Documentation and training : 

Write operating procedures to simplify interventions, contribute to training the maintenance department in automation, configure a PC dedicated to interventions on PLCs.

  • Sensor management : 

Identify sensors (inductive, capacitive, optical, etc.), draft adjustment procedures in French and integrate them into the CMMS.

  • PLC optimization :

Create a "maintenance" mode on PLCs/IHMs, identify PLCs and software versions, check program versions and back them up.

  • Retrofit projects : 

Manage electrical cabinet retrofits with service providers.

  • Continuous improvement : 

Clarify fault display on HMIs, modify PLC cycles to improve safety and productivity.

Profile required

  • BUT training, Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress, in the fields of automation, industrial electricity or industrial IT
  • Knowledge of automated equipment and systems
  • Knowledge of PLC programming and industrial networks
  • Analytical skills, autonomy and rigor

  • Work-study contract
  • 1 or 2 years depending on curriculum
