As part of our growing business, we are looking for an IT Support Technician (M/F).

As part of the IT department, you will be responsible for providing application support for our various existing and future software applications, through the following tasks:
Handling first-level incidents
-Respond to user requests via the ticketing tool
-Diagnose malfunctions on industrial equipment using an IT solution
-Propose an appropriate solution, taking into account safety and production constraints.
-Climbing to the next level
-Gather technical and functional information from users
-Document and transmit complex incidents to level 2 team with clarity and precision
-Draft procedures and operating modes
-Formalize practical guides for handling recurring faults or using industrial software.
-Update documents in line with software developments
-Create, modify and delete accounts in compliance with access rules for industrial IT systems
-Contribute to IS security by applying best practices deployed internally

You will be working in the dynamic context of the renewal of our group ERP, the modernization and securing of our Information System and the implementation of new IT tools.
A telecommuting charter is in place, enabling you to work 2 days a week from home.
You will be offered an induction course to familiarize you with your working environment.

SKILLS

You are a good communicator, both orally and in writing, and are able to demonstrate your ability to communicate effectively.

With a real sense of service, you are organized, rigorous and attentive to the proper management of your tasks and documentation.

Driven by the search for concrete, effective solutions, you combine curiosity, analytical skills and tenacity in problem-solving.

Your experience of industrial environments, and your ability to work with older IT equipment, will be invaluable assets for a rapid integration and efficient start-up.

English will also be an asset in our international environment.

Technical knowledge required :
o Mastery of embedded Windows operating systems
o Knowledge of a ticketing tool
o Basic knowledge of ITIL principles

DIPLOMA

- You have at least 2 years' higher education in IT.

EXPERIENCES

- You have two years' professional experience in a similar position.
