Operational Maintenance Manager (M/F)

Reporting to Gindre Duchavany's Maintenance Manager, the Operational Maintenance Manager leads teams of maintenance technicians to keep our machines running smoothly, while meeting safety, cost and deadline objectives.

• Guaranteeing good corrective and preventive intervention practices: coordination, preparation, execution, CMMS information, stock releases, etc...
• Manage subcontractors from a safety and technical standpoint.
• Reporting on various aspects: estimating intervention times, anticipating situations and hypotheses and, in the diagnosis phase, discussing different hypotheses with the manager.
• Ensure that maintenance reports are systematically entered into the CMMS.
• Managing the department :
• Technical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, electricity and automation.
• Manage your team's development in terms of skills and know-how.
• Ensure coordination between its teams.
• Facilitate internal communication between your team and other maintenance and corporate departments.
• Ensure a good social climate and alert your manager to any unforeseen events.
• Monitor individual team activity and pass on general plant information.
