As part of a permanent contract, and reporting to the Human Resources department, our future Occupational Health Nurse will be responsible for managing and preventing the health of the company's employees.
Missions
- Provide emergency and non-emergency care following an accident or illness in the workplace.
- Carry out nursing interviews according to a protocol drawn up in cooperation with the occupational physician.
- Carry out preventive actions to improve employees' working conditions (ergonomic workshops, health and safety awareness)
- Participate in cause trees when an accident occurs
- Participate in workstation studies in collaboration with the occupational health department
- Act as contact person for disability issues (RQTH follow-up)
- Participate in Health, Safety and Working Conditions Commissions.
Diploma
- Diploma in Nursing with a specialization in occupational health
Skills and experience
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably on an industrial site
- Knowledge of ergonomics
- Knowledge of health, safety and working conditions regulations.
