As part of our efforts to strengthen our Quality, Environment, and Energy initiatives, we are seeking our future Quality, Systems, and Environment Coordinator for a work-study program.
Your Tasks
Reporting to the France Environmental Coordinator, you will play an active role in managing the Quality Management System (QMS) as well as in environmental, energy, and CSR projects across the entire GINDRE France organization.
This work-study program will give you the opportunity to work on key projects that are closely aligned with industrial and regulatory challenges.
System Quality
You will help maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Administer and maintain the quality documentation system (Qualnet or an equivalent document management system):
- updating documents,
- access management,
- monitoring of indicators,
- user support and training;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the document management system by proposing solutions aimed at simplifying, digitizing, and optimizing processes;
- Coordinate internal and external audits:
- planning,
- preparation,
- support for auditors,
- tracking nonconformities and action plans;
- Help ensure the QMS remains compliant with the updated ISO 9001 standard (2026 version).
Environment and Energy:
You will also be involved in environmental initiatives:
- Manage the energy consumption tracking tool and analyze the data;
- Help collect and consolidate the data needed for the Carbon Footprint Assessment;
- Participate in the development of Product Carbon Footprints (PCF);
- Complete the EcoVadis self-assessment and monitor CSR improvement plans.
Your Profile
You are pursuing a degree equivalent to five years of higher education (Master’s in Quality, Safety, and Environment; Risk Management; Environmental Studies; or an engineering school program).
Ideally, you have knowledge of:
- Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001);
- Environmental management (ISO 14001) and/or energy management (ISO 50001);
- Audit methodology;
- Problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, QQOQCP, 8D, etc.);
- Tools for continuous improvement and management (PDCA, SWOT, PESTEL, etc.).
Prior experience (internship, work-study program, or significant project) in quality, the environment, or continuous improvement would be appreciated.
