As part of our growth and to provide a professional environment where you can fully utilize your skills and talents, we are seeking a Work-Study New Construction Project Manager ( M/F).
JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of the New Construction Department, you will help manage capital projects related to equipment, infrastructure, and buildings at the industrial site.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Oversee building maintenance and monitor certain service contracts.
- Draft a set of specifications that align with the client’s stated needs, specifying in particular how the desired outcome will be measured
- Ensure a presence on-site to conduct an assessment of the current situation and gather information from all employees;
- Submit the specifications to potential suppliers;
- Communicate the proposed changes to the relevant parties and ensure they understand them;
- Plan the work and oversee construction sites by coordinating the various contractors.
- Ensure that the equipment is commissioned and brought into compliance, and deliver it to the customer according to the established schedule;
- Handle the administrative follow-up of files (creation, updating).
- Serve as technical support for the QSE department.
- Oversee operational safety.
TRAINING / SKILLS
Are you planning to pursue a vocational high school diploma, an associate's degree, or a professional bachelor's degree in the fields of construction, maintenance, or technical facility management?
- Vocational Diploma in Building Technology
- Vocational Diploma in Maintenance and Energy Efficiency (MEE)
- BTS in Construction
- Bachelor's Degree in Building Technical Management

Previous experience (internship, work-study program, or academic project) in a technical or industrial setting is preferred, particularly in the following areas:
- Construction site management and/or project coordination
- Cost and schedule tracking
- Coordination and management of contractors
- Participation in technical projects (construction, maintenance, improvement)

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
