As part of our growth and in order to provide a professional environment where you can fully utilize your skills and talents, we are seeking a work-study Scheduler/Planner (M/F).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Supply Chain team, you will play an active role in organizing and optimizing production at the site. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Plan and schedule production orders and track them throughout their lifecycle (including outstanding balances, follow-ups, subcontracting scrap, etc.)
  • Monitor the deadlines confirmed by the sales and shipping departments.
  • Seek to optimize production by grouping similar products while ensuring that customer deadlines are met.
  • Check feasibility: timeframe, raw materials, tools, capacity.
  • Track delays and sales complaints.
  • Help manage the site's supply chain: inventory management, overseeing scheduling, production flows, external logistics, ensuring compliance with processes, developing process standards, etc.
  • Updating and tracking various indicators and tracking files: significant delays, ongoing real estate projects, follow-up files, etc.
  • Conducting inventories of raw materials, supplies, and semi-finished products…
  • Participation in supply chain improvement projects (implementation of KPIs, improvement of the planning system, etc.).
  • Participation in the ERP transition

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering
  • You have a strong interest in industrial environments
  • You are thorough, organized, and have strong analytical skills
  • You are responsive and enjoy working as part of a team
  • You are comfortable using computer software (Excel, and ideally ERP)
