EQUALITY BETWEEN MEN AND WOMEN
Law no. 2018-771 of September 5, 2018 for the freedom to choose one's professional future relating to obligations in terms of professional equality between women and men introduces, for companies with more than 50 employees, the obligation to measure and correct pay gaps between women and men.
An annual indicator is thus calculated. The Gender Equality Index is made up of 5 indicators:
- Pay gap indicator
- Individual increase rate differential indicator
- Promotion rate gap indicator
- Return from maternity leave indicator
- Top 10 compensation indicator

For several years, GINDRE, has placed professional equality between women and men at the heart of these concerns and has committed to implementing concrete actions through a company agreement in place since 2014 supplemented by action plans in 2024.
