Flexible bars

Based on the production of insulated and rolled bars, Gindre has developed Maxiflex flexible bars, an innovative product made from highly flexible bare or tinned copper strips. Maxiflex are insulated with high-quality PVC, offering exceptional mechanical, electrical and self-extinguishing properties. Our in-depth technical knowledge ensures optimum flexibility, excellent value for money and first-rate quality.

Temperature range : 40°C to + 105°C.

Blade thickness : 0.8 to 1 mm.

Blade width : from 9 to 100 mm.

Number of blades : from 1 to 12.

Standard length 2000 mm (-0/+5 mm), 3000 mm (-0/+5 mm) and up to 4000 mm on request.

Surface treatment electrolytic tin plating on request.

Marking: MAXIFLEX label and dimensions (width x thickness x number of copper blades).

 

COPPER

Electrolytic copper Cu-ETP (R200) with minimum Cu content of 99.90%.

 

Standards EN 13599.

Conductivity > 100 IACS.

HV : < 50.

Tensile strength Rm > 200 N/cm².

Elongation after breakage > 35%.

Resistivity0.01724 Ω/mm² at 20°c.

 

INSULATION

High-quality PVC sheathing, Class II, in compliance with EN 61439.

 

Thickness 1.65 mm, Ø 1.85 mm (special dimensions on request).

Flame resistance according to UL 94 V0.

Elongation at break : > 200%.

Breaking strength Tensile strength : > 15 N/mm².
