Reporting to the Product Quality Manager at Gindre Composants, you will contribute to the smooth running of new projects, from taking customer requirements into account to transferring them into series production. You will play a central role in product reliability, compliance with requirements, and the overall quality performance of the site.
MAIN MISSIONS
Project quality and development
- Define internal, regulatory, normative, and customer requirements for new projects. Prepare PPAP files and IMDS declarations.
- Ensure the analysis of product and process risks (FMEA).
- Participate in project reviews and internal/client progress meetings.
- Validate the necessary quality actions with the project team.
- Analyze complaints and internal non-conformities during the project phase.
METROLOGY & INSPECTIONS
- Support the metrologist in creating and programming inspection ranges (SESAME, OGP, MITUTOYO three-dimensional).
- Perform initial sample checks and draft visual validation documentation.
- Supervising workshop tests: measurements, photographs, preparation of ranges, operator training.
- Conduct and manage R&R (Reproducibility and Repeatability) studies.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS & SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements: PPAP, PPM, specific quality documents.
- Participate in project follow-up meetings with clients.
- Participate in supplier qualification and follow-up audits.
- Participate in process/product audits.
PROFILE
- Two- or three-year college degree in quality or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar position in an industrial environment is desirable.
- Proficiency in quality tools: 8D, FMEA, 5W.
- Plan reading
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF standards would be an advantage.
- Professional English for technical exchanges with certain stakeholders.
