Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, he/she will launch and schedule production orders to ensure quantity, quality, and compliance with customer deadlines. He/she will oversee the smooth running of product shipments by tracking transport orders.You will also be required to visit the field to ensure that schedules and customer priorities are being met.
MISSIONS
- Confirm order deadlines provided by the sales department,
- Schedule and launch new Production Orders and monitor them throughout their lifecycle (including balance, reminders, subcontractor rejects, etc.) for internal and external production (subcontractors).
- Check feasibility: timeframe, raw materials, tools, capacity.
- Plan material supplies for your sector.
- Ensure the supply of consumables, specific packaging, and subcontracting.
- Request the necessary information from your internal supplier (procurement, MP, manager) or external supplier.
- Organize work schedules based on machine and personnel capacities. Seek to optimize production by grouping similar products together while ensuring that customer deadlines are met.
- Track delays and commercial complaints
- Updating and monitoring various indicators and tracking files: significant delays, ongoing cases, reminder files, etc.
- Set up and monitor transport (transport orders, carrier relations, disputes)
- Enter shipping documents (delivery notes, warehouse loading notes, export documents) for domestic and international shipments.
- Receive drivers and manage transport documents (CMR)
- Manage customer returns
- Analyze inventory to optimize transportation and ensure service levels
Respond to shipping requests from the sales and supply chain departments
TRAINING / SKILLS
- With a two- or three-year college degree, you have at least two to five years of experience in a similar position.
- MRP knowledge
- Intermediate Excel
- English would be a plus
